In spite of the ongoing recession, IT organizations must still generate customer value with on-time delivery of quality software.   In most cases this mission must now be accomplished with fewer resources and with greater uncertainties than before.  Many IT organizations are now considering the use of Toyota’s Lean methodology, which helps eliminate waste, accelerate innovation, and improve business performance.

Several books have been written on the theory of Lean Software Development. In this full-day seminar we will present three in-depth case studies to show you how it can actually be done, even in today’s economic environment.   Join us for a deep-dive into Lean tools and practices that you can use to realize immediate performance improvements.

You will learn how to:

  • Systematically identify and remove waste to reduce costs and delivery times
  • Specify precise and quantified customer requirements
  • Integrate continuous innovation and learning into your culture
  • Improve customer satisfaction, trust and intimacy
  • Rapidly redesign your product development system
  • Improve collaboration and trust
